Accessibility Statement

VS Advocacia wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website independently. This statement describes what we do toward that goal and how you can tell us about any barrier.

1. Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is built into the site's design and reviewed whenever content is updated.

2. What we already do

• The entire site can be navigated by keyboard, with a visible indicator showing which element has focus.
• Informative images have alternative text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Each page's language (Portuguese, English or Spanish) is declared in the code so that screen readers use the correct pronunciation.
• Text and background colors meet Level AA minimum contrast.
• Animations and transitions are reduced or turned off when your device is set to reduce motion.
• Headings follow a consistent structure, and buttons and links have clear labels, including in the cookie notice.

3. Limitations and third-party content

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not be fully accessible. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly Inc., and messaging takes place on WhatsApp; the accessibility of these tools depends on the companies that run them. If you have trouble with them, you can book your consultation directly at the email address below.

4. Help and feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in another format, email contato@viniciossantos.com and tell us which page and what problem you found. We will reply as soon as possible and use your report to improve the site.
