Rapid Reforest

Rapid Reforest began as a reforestation nonprofit with the mission of restoring ecosystems and fighting climate change by planting native trees. Today it is an environmental impact organization that helps people and companies measure, reduce and offset their carbon emissions, with tailored reports and verified reforestation projects in Brazil.

Measure, reduce, reforest: emissions are calculated for Scopes 1, 2 and 3 based on the GHG Protocol and ISO standards; reduction strategies cut environmental impact and improve efficiency; unavoidable emissions are offset through verified reforestation.

Golden-bellied capuchin project: in partnership with the Paraíba State Department of Environment and Sustainability (SEMAS-PB), Rapid Reforest is restoring 88 hectares of degraded land in Mamanguape, Paraíba, aiming to plant 80,000 native Atlantic Forest trees. The project rebuilds the habitat of the critically endangered golden-bellied capuchin (Sapajus flavius) and creates ecological corridors between forest fragments, with AFINK, a community reforestation organization, and the participation of Indigenous and Quilombola communities.
